Location
Recently renovated, Casa Via d'Agua is located in the heart of Fajã Grande, Europe’s westernmost village, very close to the Argonauta, the small shops, restaurants and the ocean (port & swimming area). This comfortable house is surrounded by tranquillity and beauty, as it is accessible only by a short footpath (no cars at the door), and its large garden offers waterfalls views.

Accomodation and facilities
The house features 2 double bedrooms with double bed, each one with private entrance, ensuite bathroom and common shared facilities: a large garden, a living room and a cosy kitchen. Both rooms are equipped with CD player, hair-dryer and sofa bed. The living room has a TV set, DVD player, CD player and radio, as well as some Cds and DVDs. The large kitchen is well equipped with modern kitchenware, stove, fridge, barbecue set and an old wood-fire oven. A washing machine’s available.


Rates

Independent rooms:
When rented independently, each double bedroom will cost 85€ p/night (75€ single room; 105 triple).

Self-catering:
When the same family or group is renting both bedrooms, the nightly rate for the whole house on a self-catering basis drops to 140€ for 2 people; 150€ for 3-4 people; 180€ for 5-6 people. Free weekly cleaning.

Minimum stay: 3 nights.

As a guarantee of your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay. Our bank account’s codes: IBAN: PT50 0035 0714 0000 5447 4005 8 BIC Code: CGDIPTPL. If we have rooms available, we will process your reservation by e-mail as quickly as possible, but the reservation will only be guaranteed upon receipt of your deposit.

Cancellation fee: 50% refund until a month ahead of time; no refund when less than a month ahead of time.
