Location
Recently restored and furnished to be rented as a self catering accommodation, Casa Via d’Água is located in the heart of Fajã Grande, very close to the Argonauta, the small shops, restaurants and the sea (port & swimming area). This charming cottage is reached only by a short footpath, ensuring peace and privacy. It sits surrounded by its own garden and neighbouring fields, with wonderful views of the countryside stretching up to the dramatic cliffs beneath which Fajã Grande nestles.
Accomodation and facilities
This year 2010, the house will feature 2 double ensuite bedrooms, a living room, a cosy kitchen and a large garden. Each bedroom has a private entrance; both are equipped with a large double bed, sofa bed, CD player and hair-dryer. The living room has a TV set, DVD player, CD player and radio, as well as some Cds, DVDs, books and games (cards, chess, darts). The large kitchen is well equipped with modern kitchenware, stove, fridge, barbecue set and an old wood-fire oven. A washing machine is available. Additionally, it’s easy to build camping tents in the large garden.
Rental Options
Renting The Whole House:
When the same family or group is renting both bedrooms, the whole house will belong exclusively to the clients, in order to fully enjoy the Via d’Água experience. Free weekly cleaning.
Or 2 Independent rooms:
When rented independently, each double bedroom will share the garden, the kitchen and the living room, large enough for all! Free weekly cleaning.

As a guarantee of your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay (down payment). If we have rooms available, we will process your reservation by e-mail as quickly as possible, but the reservation will only be guaranteed upon receipt of your deposit. Our bank account’s codes:

Release / Cancellations: free until a month ahead of time; payment of 50% of the whole stay between 15 and 30 days ahead of time; cancellation between 1 e 15 days prior to client’s arrival, or no show: we charge the whole cost of the stay.
Final Payment: before your departure, you can pay with cash, personal cheque in €uros, or online at our pc via credit card with the easy Paypal system (in this case we ought to charge a 5% commission).
