The Northwest Suite (2nd floor) This room, with a large skylight facing Ilhéu do Monchique to the north and another overlooking the mountains and waterfalls to the east, also features a small panoramic terrace to the west, from which guests can watch the sunset over the sea. This spacious room and the adjacent “twin suite,” each measuring about 60 m², are the crown jewels of Argonauta’s accommodations, equipped with a CD player, mini-fridge, fan and heater, sofa bed, table, armchairs, a rocking chair, and a kettle for complimentary coffee and tea. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, bidet, hair dryer, and basalt accents; the walk-in closet is lit by natural light; and the new bed, crafted from local wood by a local carpenter, features a comfortable latex mattress (160 x 200 cm). The Northwest Suite offers comfortable accommodations for three or four people, with two comfortable single beds and dividing curtains.
