Release / Cancellations: free until a month ahead of time; payment of 50% of the whole stay between 15 and 30 days ahead of time; cancellation between 1 e 15 days prior to client’s arrival, or No show: we charge the whole cost of the stay.

1  The prices listed include VAT.
2  A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay is needed to confirm your reservation.
3  The remaining 70% can be paid upon departure with cash or online banking (please note that we don't have credit card and that there’s no ATM in Fajã Grande, but only in S. Cruz or Lajes towns).
4  Minimum stays of 3 days.
