Accomodation |

Inside
the house, we have tried to preserve the 1930 floral frescoes
in oil, the biggest traditional fire iron ever to be imported
into Flores, as well as all the woodwork in Oregon fir,
which was bought at auction having originated from the shipwreck
of the Norwegian lugger Brilliant on Flores western reefs.
The new accommodation consists of 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms,
including 2 New Suites which are Flores' largest bedrooms.
All the rooms are detailed in volcanic rock and wood. Breakfast
is served in the new Dining Room which opens onto the
patio.
This patio has sunshades, a barbecue, and tables detailed
in volcanic rock and wood, and is the ideal place to sit or
dine in the summer. Here you can listen to the sounds of rural life while resting or talking, or you can sip a drink in the Sitting Room with music, TV, library and free internet access.

Self-catering Houses & Studios in Fajã Grande
At Argonauta you can also find the keys of some of the traditional stone barns and houses which are for rent within the village boundaries of Fajã Grande; carefully restored by their owners, they are located two or three hundred meters from the seashore and slightly out of the town centre.
We also have 2 independent bedrooms to let into our freshly restored Via d’Água House, sharing a common kitchen, sitting room and garden.
